Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Solar Installer. The Solar Installer will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and servicing solar power systems. Daily tasks include configuring and assembling solar panels, ensuring proper placement and efficiency, and connecting systems to the power grid. The role requires the use of both hand tools and power tools to complete installations safely and effectively. Additionally, the Solar Installer will perform troubleshooting and repairs as needed.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience with Solar Power and Solar Systems
• Proficiency with Power Tools and Hand Tools
• Understanding of the Solar Industry
• Attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Willingness to travel and work in various weather conditions
• High school diploma or equivalent; certification in solar technology or a related field is a plus
• Relevant work experience in solar installation or a related field is preferred
