We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Manager with PV Solar experience to join our team, to be based in Sharjah, UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Quality Objectives /KPIs Monitoring for projects and submission of consolidated monthly quality reports/MIS.
• Plan for recruitment and selection of QA team at sites.
• Visit sites on regular basis.
• Support project QA team for issue resolutions/Conduction of RCAs.
• Review and understand Bid technical /quality requirements for SBU projects. submit Prebid queries and seek clarifications from clients/consultants.
• Participate in Prebid discussions.
• Submit qualification questionnaire (Quality) along with supporting documents to client.
• Prepare Quality estimates (Human resource/other resource requirements/TPIA man-days requirements
• Prepare Project Quality plan for client submission.
• Implementation of Audit plans
• Review of project quality for each project in planned manner.
• Escalate critical to quality issues/NCRS to functional head for support and guidance.
• Deployment of Quality policies/objectives/improvement plans/Initiatives in SBU
• May have to be at site as reliever for critical position or may have to represent QA at site till recruitment is completed for site Quality head.
• Attend client review meetings (escalation level 1)
• Expedite with suppliers for closure of FAT open points/Site quality issue resolutions.
• Visit suppliers for KOM/Expediting/FAT
• Collection of customer satisfaction feedback and conduct analysis and ensure clients concerns are address.

Education & Experience:

• Minimum -10-12 Years in Renewable energy projects ( PV preferred).BESS/Wind/OHTL experience will be added advantage.
• B.E in Electrical/ Civil -with Internal auditor certification for ISO 9001: 2015
• Must be aware of Renewable/EPC business functioning.
• Must be aware of supplier/subcontractor qualification process. Performance evaluation process
• Knowledge of various international standards required for quality management system.
• Knowledge of various IECS /IEEE standards from business perspective
