Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the plant’s HSE management system, ensuring compliance with local regulations and international standards
• Organize safety training, emergency drills, and risk assessments
• Supervise on-site safety operations, conduct regular safety inspections, and implement corrective actions
• Manage environmental protection to ensure plant operations meet environmental requirements
• Liaise with government regulatory authorities on HSE-related matters

Requirements:

• Experience in HSE management for solar power plant operations and maintenances, with prior work experience in Gulf countries
• Familiar with international HSE standards (e.g., OSHA, ISO 45001) and Gulf country HSE regulations
• Hands-on HSE management experience in large-scale solar projects (300 MW+)
• Holder of NEBOSH, IOSH, or other internationally recognized HSE certifications
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Experience in incident investigation and emergency response handling
