We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our dynamic team in the marketing/PR services sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities globally.
This role requires excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of the marketing services industry, and knowledge of the MENA region. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, with a proven track record of setting, meeting, and reporting on KPIs.
Responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities by identifying potential clients and understanding their requirements and needs.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance, and recommending new opportunities and services.
- Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, existing products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
- Set, meet, and report on sales KPIs to provide accurate sales forecasts and contribute to the team’s strategic planning.
- Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing and account management) to develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of the company’s offerings and processes.
- Manage the CRM and sales/marketing automation tools

- Digital skills to utilize CRM (e.g. Hubspot), Sales Automation Tools, Marketing Automation Tools, and AI
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven work experience as a Sales Executive, preferably in the marketing services industry.
- Prior experience in the marketing agency environment
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic or Mandarin would be a significant advantage.
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Big plus if you:
- are Hubspot Sales certified.
- have experience working with Chinese corporations.
