Job Responsibilities:

1. Formulate and implement the market strategy for BIPV (Building-Integrated Photovoltaics) and building-integrated solar energy in the Middle East, Africa, and India (MEAI) markets.

2. Lead the sales, channel development, key account collaboration, and government relations for BIPV and building-integrated solar energy in the MEAI markets, and drive the implementation of projects.

3. Build and lead cross-cultural teams, responsible for talent recruitment, performance management, and organizational development.

4. Ensure business operations comply with the regulations of the MEAI markets (such as trade and data protection), and manage regional finance and risks.

5. Collaborate with headquarters resources (e.g., R&D, supply chain) to ensure product delivery and customer support.

Job Requirements:

1. 7+ years of experience** in the photovoltaic (PV)/BIPV/building-integrated solar energy/energy storage/new energy sector, with 3+ years of senior management experience in the MEAI region. Experience in the green building energy industry is a plus.

2. Profound understanding of the market rules, policies, and cultures in the MEAI markets; familiar with the 0-to-1 local development of building materials or energy storage; fluent in English; willing to be based in the MEAI region.

3. Experience in building transnational teams; track record of successfully leading sales, channel development, or large-scale project development; possess certain channel resources in the BIPV and building-integrated solar energy fields, as well as resources related to EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction), design institutes, large real estate developers, and factories.

4. Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, and negotiation skills; able to adapt to frequent business trips.

5. Bachelor’s degree or above (majors in engineering/business are preferred); MBA or master’s degree in new energy-related fields is a plus.

6. Result-oriented; with work experience based in the MEAI region; familiar with the MEAI markets; fluent in English.

7. Possession of local building material channel resources is preferred; candidates with resources related to local large-scale EPC construction companies and architectural design institutes are given priority.

8. 3+ years of experience in sales and market development of BIPV building materials, etc.
