We are seeking a motivated and experienced Salesman to join our team, specializing in solar and telescopic lamp solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales across sectors such as Government, Military, Oil and Gas, and the Private sector. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Dialux software is essential.

**Key Responsibilities:**

– Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote solar and telescopic lamp products across various sectors, including Government, Military, Oil and Gas, and the Private sector.

– Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base by building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors.

– Prepare and deliver technical presentations to demonstrate how our products meet client needs.

– Utilize AutoCAD and Dialux software to design and propose customized lighting solutions.

– Provide pre-sales technical assistance, product education, and after-sales support services.

– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product awareness and market penetration.

– Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

**Qualifications:**

– Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in lighting sales, with a focus on solar and telescopic lamp products.

– Proficiency in AutoCAD and Dialux software is essential.

– Demonstrated experience working with clients in Government, Military, Oil and Gas, and the Private sector.

– Strong understanding of LED light fixtures and up-to-date knowledge of industry trends.

– Excellent communication and presentation skills.

– Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.

– Valid Bahraini or GCC driving license.

• Bahrain Engineering License (CRPEP) is a plus.
