Key Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the installation, commissioning, repair, and maintenance of energy storage systems on site.
2. Address technical issues on-site in a timely manner to ensure reliable operation and minimize downtime.
3. Provide technical support to customers, answer questions about the equipment, and deliver necessary training.
4. Collaborate closely with the technical support team and R&D department to feedback on-field issues and suggest improvements.
5. Continuously follow up on customer after-sales service requirements to improve customer satisfaction.
6. Ensure compliance with local safety regulations and company safety standards when performing any on-site work.
Qualifications:
1. Education Requirements:
– Associate degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or related fields.
2. Experience Requirements:
– At least 3 years of experience in the power industry or with high/low voltage systems, with preference for those with energy storage experience.
– Hands-on experience with equipment installation, commissioning, and maintenance, preferably familiar with energy storage systems.
3. Language Requirements: Fluent in Arabic, with working proficiency in English.
4. Skills Requirements:
– Solid understanding of electrical systems, particularly energy storage systems and their principles.
– Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, capable of working in high/low voltage environments.
– Excellent communication and customer service skills, able to work efficiently under pressure.
5. Certification Requirements:
– Relevant electrical or high voltage operation certifications are preferred.
– SCE certificate is a must.
6. Other Requirements:
– Willingness to work on project site and adapt to flexible working hours.
