Sunray Solutions is seeking a dynamic and experienced Renewable Energy Engineer to join our growing technical team. We are looking for a professional who can bridge the gap between regulatory compliance, site execution, and long-term system performance.

Key Responsibilities:
Regulatory & Utility Liaison: Manage and follow up on technical applications and administrative transactions with utility companies (IDECO, JEPCO, EDCO, etc.) and relevant authorities.

Project Execution: Supervise on-site installation phases to ensure compliance with engineering designs, safety standards, and project timelines.

Operation & Maintenance (O&M): Oversee maintenance schedules and troubleshoot system performance issues to ensure maximum energy yield.

Documentation: Prepare technical reports, work plans, and as-built documentation.

Qualifications & Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Renewable Energy Engineering.

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in the renewable energy sector (specifically Solar PV).

Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management and site supervision.

Regulatory Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Jordanian energy sector’s laws and utility connection procedures.

Preferred Qualification: Previous experience or certification in Energy Auditing is highly desirable.

Skills:
Excellent communication and negotiation skills for dealing with stakeholders and authorities.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Fluency in English (Technical Writing and Speaking).

Ability to work effectively in both office and field environments.
