How You’ll Make An Impact
- Identifying and pursuing new service sales opportunities within assigned territories and customer segments.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective clients by understanding their operational challenges and strategic objectives.
- Preparing and delivering technical and commercial proposals, presentations, and demonstrations of Hitachi’s service portfolio.
- Negotiating and closing service agreements, ensuring alignment with company targets and customer expectations.
- Collaborating with customers to understand their infrastructure, systems, and operational requirements.
- Conducting technical assessments and provide expert consultation on suitable Hitachi service solutions, including maintenance, support, upgrades, and managed services.
- Working with internal technical and product teams to customize service offerings to meet specific customer needs and ensure technical feasibility.
- Collaborating with customers to understand their infrastructure, systems, and operational requirements.
- Conducting technical assessments and provide expert consultation on suitable Hitachi service solutions, including maintenance, support, upgrades, and managed services.
- Working with internal technical and product teams to customize service offerings to meet specific customer needs and ensure technical feasibility.

Your background
- A bachelor’s degree in electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
- Collaborate with customers to understand their infrastructure, systems, and operational requirements.
- Conduct technical assessments and provide expert consultation on suitable Hitachi service solutions, including maintenance, support, upgrades, and managed services.
- Work with internal technical and product teams to customize service offerings to meet specific customer needs and ensure technical feasibility.
- Proficiency in the local language is a plus.
- Proficiency in both spoken & written English is required.
