The ideal candidate for this position will be will obtain and expand the company’s business relationships with clients in MENA region. In order to succeed in this position the candidate must have a solid technical understanding of the company and its products compiled with sociable and outgoing personality to build trust and bond with potential clients.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with customers in pre-sales, after sales and of the products.
- Prepare trainings for engineers and technicians using our products.
- Stay up to date with the latest technologies introduced by the brands represented by Shajara Sustainability Solutions.
- Provide technical support when needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or renewable energy.
- 3+ years of experience in the solar energy field, with focus on technical expertise in PV inverters (On-Grid, Off-Grid and Hybrid) and PV modules.
- Strong technical background in solar photovoltaic (PV) systems, including inverters, modules, battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) and system design.
- Interpersonal skills.
- Arabic Speaker
- Based on Dubai, UAE.
