HAALA Energy is a Saudi solar PV installer (EPC) and developer, based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. We develop, design, build, and maintain solar projects for commercial and industrial clients.

Specializing in distributed commercial-scale solar PV, we develop turn-key peak-shaving and hybrid solutions to help clients reduce their energy costs.

Our services include engineering design, procurement, construction management, operation & maintenance, and development of PV systems. We also assist clients with feasibility studies, energy cost analysis and project finance.

The Junior Technical Sales Engineer will join our Sales and Business Development team, supporting the company’s growth by engaging clients, preparing proposals, and ensuring smooth conversion of leads to projects. The successful candidate will follow a structured training program to develop technical and commercial skills, and will also be encouraged to contribute to marketing and communications activities that enhance HAALA’s market presence.

The main responsibilities of the Junior Technical Sales Engineer:

  • Support the sales and business development team in identifying and approaching new potential clients.
  • Build and maintain rapport with client contacts through clear and professional
  • Assist with project site visits and data
  • Help prepare proposals, presentations, and commercial
  • Maintain and update CRM records and vendor
  • Shadow senior business development managers and learn the full sales
  • Contribute to the preparation of client-facing and marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, website and social media content.
  • Assist with coordination of events, announcements, and industry

In addition to the above, the Junior Technical Sales Engineer is expected to coordinate and work effectively with other members of the team, and to assist with furthering the goals of the company in general, even where this may involve work that is not strictly related to their day-to- day responsibilities.

Potential candidates should have:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Engineering (fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with confidence in client-facing
  • Good organizational skills and attention to
  • A willingness to learn quickly, take on new responsibilities, and grow within a structured training program.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic (Arabic required).

In addition, the following attributes would be an advantage:

  • Basic familiarity with solar energy or renewable energy
  • Exposure to marketing, communications, or content
  • Experience with social media, presentations, or design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe).
  • Demonstrated initiative in extracurricular activities, internships, or student
