Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Support the tendering manager in all business duties.
  • Responsible for submitting a completed bid or offer to an existing or prospective client and leading all day-to-day aspects of an individual bid.
  • Preparing and reviewing the commercial aspects of the bid, ensuring all services are included in the final price to the customer.
  • Understand and resolve complex technical, and business issues.
  • Ensure that samples are precisely required and schedule.
  • Monitoring of the bid management in order to ensure it is aligned with the organization’s requirements.
  • Contribution in cost and price calculation in cost and price calculation Cost Calculation.

You’re a great fit if you have:

  • Bachelor degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering
  • 0-2 Years’ of experience in Sales or Tendering
  • Fluent Written and Verbal English & French
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Expertise in tendering and bidding
  • strong project management skills
  • Effective negotiation skills
  • Experience in contract review
